OUR MOTTO

OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES:

Facilitate conversations, seminars, journal clubs and social events to foster diversity and inclusion
Develop a culture that fosters a sense of community and departmental unity to improve the well-being of students
Educate our community on topics related to diversity and inclusion
Provide mentoring and research opportunities to undergraduate/graduate/postdoctoral researchers from underrepresented minority communities
Offer guidance and information related to reporting and mitigating bias-related incidents within the community
